Yes you can, in fact this is quite a common request as over 50% of the properties that we sell are actually owned by non-residents who spend the vast majority of time in their country of origin.

However, in order to be able to perform the valuation correctly, we will need direct access to the property, so if you have a spare set of keys with a member of your family, a neighbour or friend, your lawyer, your cleaner or perhaps another estate agent we will be more than happy to perform an accurate valuation on your home.

As we mentioned earlier our valuations take around an hour depending on the size of the property and require us to photograph and measure the grounds and each room individually, so you may need to arrange someone to be present while the valuation is in progress.

As soon as we have completed the valuation we will then compile a detailed report on the property which we can either send to you via e-mail or alternatively post you you in hard copy. You will normally receive this report within 48 hours of the valuation.

And just as a reminder our valuation report is valid for 90 days, so you have more than enough time to think things over before you decide whether to use our services or not.

Please be aware that we will not market any property that we have not thoroughly checked or measured, so unfortunately if we are unable to gain access to the building we will not be able to value it.
