It’s surprising that not many people realise that the Western part of the Costa del Sol, which stretches from Malaga to Gibraltar is actually only 106 kms long or if you prefer imperial measurements 66 miles. So to answer the question, we cover the whole of the Western section of the Costa del Sol from Malaga all the way down to Gibraltar including all the inland towns and villages between these two points.

As you can see from the map below we are based directly in the centre of our coverage area, so if you are pushed for time and need a rental appraisal at short notice we can normally be with you in under 60 minutes, prior appointments permitting.

Please be aware that although we are open seven days a week 363 days a year, appraising rental properties at the weekend can sometimes be a little bit more difficult than during the week. So to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that, if you do require an appraisal over the weekend, you give us at least 48 hours notice.

Oh and just so you are aware during the Summer months our Rental Department is open until 6 pm (CET) Central European Time.

Yes you can, in fact this is quite a common question as over 50% of the properties that we let are actually owned by non-residents who spend the vast majority of time in their country of origin.

The first thing we will need to do though to start the ball rolling is perform a RENTAL VALUE APPRAISAL which means we will need direct access to the property. So if you have a spare set of keys with a member of your family, a neighbour, a friend, your lawyer, your cleaner or perhaps another rental agent we will be more than happy pick them up.

Our appraisals take around 30 MINUTES depending on the size of the property of course and requires us to photograph the property internally and externally and measure each room individually, so you may need to arrange for someone to be present while the rental appraisal is in progress.

As soon as we have completed our appraisal we will then send you a DETAILED QUOTE of what we think the property will let for, which you will receive by either fax or e-mail within 48 hours. And the rental valuation report itself is valid for 90 days, so you have more than enough time to think things over before you decide whether to use our services or not.

Please be aware though that we will not market any property that we have not thoroughly checked or measured, so unfortunately if we are unable to gain ACCESS to the building we will not be able to appraise it.
