In addition to this, all Quicksell properties come with the option of a pre-sale, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Full Diagnostic Property Survey which amongst other things includes detailed floor plans which show all of the measurement of the property in both meters, feet and inches.

We will however if you wish, be Delighted to Help you with your costs because, not only do we have a great rapport with the vast majority of hotels in our area, we also have a strong working relationship with one of the largest online hotel booking companies in Spain and can normally undercut any hotel quote you get by a minimum of 10%.

We can also arrange Discounted Flights and car hire for you through several, companies that we regularly deal with, so all you need to do is let us know when you want to come over and we’ll put a package together for you to compare with whoever you wish.

If on the other hand you would prefer to take advantage of one of our subsidised Look and Feel Trips, which allow you to discover the real Spain and it’s wonderful laid back culture, we would be more than happy to arrange one for you.

Well a Look and Feel Trip is exactly as it sounds, you fly over to Spain, have a look around and get a feel for the place. So let’s explain how they long they take, what they cost and how they work.

Our typical Look and Feel Trip last for 3 days and cost ONLY €187 per person. This includes your flights, airport transfers and accommodation in either a three or four star hotel, depending on availability. All you really need to do is select the date that you would like to visit Spain and let us do the rest.

Once we have booked your trip, you will be allocated your own Dedicated Property Consultant, who will contact you personally prior to your departure in order to tailor your visit around your exact time frame, the properties that you have selected to view and of course budget.

You will be collected from the airport by your consultant, who will have already arranged a viewing schedule based on the properties you’re interested in viewing, but before we do anything we’ll first, take you to the hotel so you can book in and freshen up a bit  before your Look and Feel Trip begins.
